@sparkis I'm 30 and haven't experienced any muscle loss. I have more than when I was 20 or so

@iloveminecraft123 I can suggest some good protein powders. Thankfully we don't live in 2004 anymore so they actually taste good. The Wheybolic by GNC is a really good one, comes in Girl Scout Cookie flavors. Carnivor is another which I personally use more often than not. Tastes like Ovaltine. @bruschettebites Good news is that they have a protein powder based off of beef protein. It is Carnivor and has nearly all of the advantages of eating a steak minus the cost. For a two scoop serving it costs around $1.70 for 46g of protein plus naturally occurring creatine. @tigereyes11 The tragedy of a body built for speed is that it generally has a very fast metabolism which means that it can be extremely hard to pack on muscle. I mean I top out at 17.8mph for a very short burst of maybe 200 yards and a guy far smaller than me is literally running circles around me. So in a manner of speaking it has it's advantages. @mikihiko Most of the supplements I use are to get the most out of every workout. Even if it offers 1% improvement, that's 1% I didn't have before.

Yeah ik my metabolism is crazy fast I have to constantly work out if I want to keep my muscle I remember back when I was working out I worked out 6 days a week

A lot of it too is calorie consumption. I have to eat 4,200 calories a day in order to gain muscle. I suspect you would have to eat even more than that to gain muscle, one thing I will say is that everybody's body is different and some experimentation may be required to find out exactly what works for you.

I worked out today hard for an hour at our apartment gym to the point I was about to throw up in the sink of the bathroom. Like much needed limit break session to get me back in. https://media0.giphy.com/media/1iv8xgy3WKipVa0iU3/giphy.gif

My abs really show the best when im lying down in a sit up position, my goal is to get it to look that way without me having to flex them
