I did some research and saw people say it's beneficial if you mix creative and whey protein. What do you think?

@sparkis is correct.
I will expand on that though. A whey protein isolate is the ideal type for a post workout. That is a filtered down version of whey protein which isolates the protein. This means you are getting more protein for the volume as well as allowing it to be digested faster. So if you have a choice in the matter, get the isolate over the regular whey.
Creatine also helps a lot with strength building when taken as a regular supplement for working out. It is not the most important thing out there though. Vitamins, minerals and protein get top banana and if you want to use a creatine supplement after that then I would suggest it. Creatine should be taken a few hours before a workout and it is wise to mix it with the protein itself. Forewarning, it is very sour. So mix it with something that masks that.
Casein is primarily for recovery if anything. Breaks down slowly so it can feed the muscles over time rather than taking care of the muscles immediately. Casein protein is probably the least important out of all the supplements and workout materials I can think of.

Most of it is easy.
-Whey protein is to supplement protein intake.
-Whey Isolate is for post workout.
-Whey Peptides are even faster than Isolate, but generally more expensive.
-Beef protein isolates are some of the best for packing on muscle.
-Egg protein is for people with bad lactose intolerance and is between regular whey and isolate in terms of effectiveness.
-Casein is for recovery.
-Plant is garbage
Things turn into a confusing mess when it comes to amino acids like L-Citruline, Glutamine, Creatine, Leucine, L-Arginine and the like.
