Limiting the intake of sodium helps. Sodium tends to retain water in the body

Takes me a few days. Maybe a day with a diuretic. Creatine has been a major help in strength and muscle gain for me.

Definitely helps with strength. I just started weight lifting again for the first time in years, so I’m just taking it slow with protein and sleep

No one is asking for my 2 cents, so sorry in advance. There is such a thing as too muscular. Fit, tone, some mass is awesome, but you can generally tell by photos if someone is addicted to it. I find a lot of pictures of bodybuilders repulsive. I don't know if that's supposed to be the appropriate response. LOL Like the Jeff pic a few pages back. That's unattractive to me.
