General rule is to stay within 2-3 reps of failure at least if training consecutively

Honestly rest is key. Also try to organise stuff. Since it seems to be an all body training, you can organise each body part for a day of a week. Chest-tricep on monday, back on tuesday, legs on wednesday. And then go for a run on thursday. This is what I do usually (just a little bit different as I do shoulder and bicep training so that I could carry all of you cute girls. For this reason I workout 4 days a week)
