I tidy my room :> xD I think hard about what it is that I really want, and why I want it. I question what that means. Chores are better done first, so you can enjoy yourself with a clean conscience, but also... Doing them at your own pace with breaks is good. Only do as much as you can sustain. Treat yourself as you would treat someone who you're responsible for helping I guess xD Regarding slumps, start small. Think about what you want in the bigger picture, but look at what you're actually willing to do right now to step forward. Getting the ball rolling is the hardest, so don't scare yourself off into statsis xD

Having wonderful friends I can confide in and steer me in the right direction - I know I'm in that situation right now; more reason I need people I can trust.

I need at least 20 more bucks to have enough to afford my medication.

Although unwritten, I devote time quotas to specific things I plan on doing each day. Before work, I'll spend an hour doing my side projects, then other tasks if need be. The first thing I do when I wake up every day is brush my teeth and make my bed (I kind of OCD about that). After doing primary tasks, I'll just relax. And then when I come to work, spend 2 hours here then go back to working on other stuff. When it comes to weekends, relax!

I find it helps to at least get my thoughts out. Talk to someone that's willing to listen and tell them what's on your mind. If that's not an option or you aren't comfortable with it, write it out instead. Do whatever you need to get it out. Then make a checklist when you've gotten everything unhelpful out of the way. Stick with the checklist. Keeping a daily journal to map out what you've done each day can help keep you pressured to do more, if you need that reinforcement as well.
