Sad & weak welcome holmes... Big fan of One Piece here as well... but I don't think you'll find what you want here. As you can infer from the number of people welcoming you, this site isn't the friendliest nor easiest to participate in. I only replied to your thread b/c I'm a fan of One Piece. Despite my dismal welcome, I hope you enjoy your brief time here holmes.... (but I'd runaway quick).... Just being a realist. Again, welcome.
