Who else is watching this anime?
Man this anime is so good!
I love the interactions between the characters, and the art is really nice and clean. Studio CloverWorks does a nice job.

Nah I think it’s pretty poor, the premise wasn’t well done and three episodes definitely could’ve been expanded on more to suit the premise to help establish the characters and the writing better. Tbh it’s mediocre as a lot animes that are this season but is by far not that cohesive. It could end right now The and I think that’d be fine cause what’s most likely gonna happen is they’re gonna shove a lot into the next episodes to establish some pseudo deeper meaning like they do with most shows in this kinda anime. I understand what they were going for which was some sorta depth but it really didn’t need to be there tbh and the extra premise of the super natural of adolescence syndrome doesn’t equate to anything except it’s just their not in terms of its their narratively but that who ever wrote it was like “I should probably just add this just because”.
On the characters they’re likable in the sense that Sakurajima is a staple character though the MC I find the most interesting but it feels like another anime with that Lack luster Oregairu feel.
And another anime that has this same similar feel I think came out las year or maybe before then Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru has about a similar appeal in terms of something pseudo deep and a similar waifu though with the premise explored better but kinda “Meh” story telling in comparison to this where the premise could’ve gone more in-depth but the story aspect doesn’t need much more depth on the story other than two people like eachother which kinda gets washed when they keep throwing adolescents syndrome in your face with out A.Making it’s exist more mysterious B.Making it more apparent that it’s normal for the maincast but no one else knows or C.Make it more life detrimental and not just solve it after like 3 episodes of “Well okay done”.
That or they could’ve gone on an episodic feel and told short stories because to me the over arching plot for this premise with the 2 main characters would work better as a stand alone short story as they literally from this point on looks like they might just throw what ever in their with some Zany lovey doves dialogue of flat sexual humor
Bout a 6/10
