Mmm, yeah, that's understandable. Getting over the fear of judgement and acknowledging something actually *is* wrong can be pretty tough.
You're choosing the right thing though.
And panic attacks... they are pretty weird things. The thing I said earlier which felt like a dimension shift was also what one would call a panic attack.
Anywayz, I hope all the best, man! You'll get through this, I'm sure. Feel free to send a message if you want, and if you choose to give the Headspace thing a shot and like it, I have a spare code for a free month if you want to dive a little deeper into that.

Does the season/Autumn also affect your mental state negatively?....
I'm more emotional in Autumn than in other seasons.. .I was trapped in my own negatives thoughts a few hours ago...→_→...

Actually, observational studies have shown that both spring and autumn bring about a higher risk for the re-onset of things like these.
I'd attribute it mostly to a shift of climate and surrounding external stimuli, in regard to the constancy of winter and summer.
(loose guessing, but shifting and change of air pressure, climate etc could stimulate the sympathetic branch of the nervous system, responsible for the activities responding to stress and danger, which could be magnified by an already sympathetic-shifted body of someone with the potentiality of things like anxiety)

My mental state is different seasonally sometimes along with how active I am. The cold is almost everything to me and the heat kinda makes me lag.
Times in the day depending on my tiredness also really affect my mental state before I’m tired or if I wake up early I’m hyper aware and become more heightened critical.
During the middle of the day I’m more passive I’ve noticed unless the sun isn’t out and I feel more cheerful
Though I kinda gage things by the clock as I don’t look outside a lot or in mirrors.
