Ah, I see. Isn't this sense of loss an emotion though? Also, don't really try to label yourself as analytical or emotional. Neither is really better and in the end, labels don't really mean anything. The feeling of coldness and pain in your chest/hands is a somatic manifestation of the feelings/anxiety. It can be unsettling, but nothing really to worry about. It can fade and disappear.

And if it's bad, you may want to speak to a specialist like you've said, but I could see it being anxiety. In my lowest point, I've had bouts of forgetting what season of the year it was, or sudden shifts of emotion making me feel like I was in a completely different place, nothing around me really existing, feeling the presence of two distinct people near me... my vision used to shake like the camera in Shadow Moses of BMTH when I was to do something potentially dangerous for the status quo... real weird things can happen out of stress overload. But it's possible to get past them and loose them! Don't worry about that.

Well I don’t feel cold or sad when stuff happens, physically I kinda zone out but my head feels like it’s being stabbed and my chest hurts. Like I feel (seem lost or see lost) lost not a sense of loss. Like being nowhere but neither content or not content is usually what it’s like. So I end up delving into thoughts or distracting more thoughts with other thoughts I get stressed normally sometimes it’s from a friend sometimes it’s from nothing or out of pure thought, sometimes idk

I have some really nasty fucked thoughts sometime but they end up making me passive. On the voices in my head thing it’s usually reality stuff or life check that I find true but it’s yelled a me to listen usually bad things or nothing happens to me when I don’t. Mostly just the nothing part

Could be a shutdown resulting from the overload of the brain. Can be caused by emotion, stress, tiredness and stuff like that. It's good that you've decided to do something about it. I think seeing a specialist that can tell you what it is exactly is a good choice, even if to only settle your mind as a result of knowing what it is.

You could try applying the noting to it I guess. When it happens note it as a sensation inside the brain and don't associate yourself too much with it. It's just happening.

I would agree with Marcus. Ignoring the negativity and replacing it with positive stuff usually work. But if "head feels like it’s being stabbed and my chest hurts" is not exagerated, you probably should not ignore your condition. To me, it sounds like a panic attack.

I’ll try though I’ve been hesitant to see a therapist It’s not like some people don’t know deep dark what ever about me and they didn’t judge me, and let me vent, helping me grow and change. Though idk I’ve been hesitant or very procrastinaty on those types of things

I’ve been kinda writing things off for a long time at first for fear of judgment but later learned to tell some people things, though it’s been really hard to fix these things. Idk if its a panic Atk. I use to sum it up as there’s nothing wrong other people have things way worse then me and that it’s not physically impending doom though things have kinda popped up here and there. Sometimes it’s like out of body where my outer appearance is operating normal and my face becomes incredibly neutral though but internally it’s really fucked.
