This is a known issue being caused by outside the department. We understand the problem. Keep working through it." https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg The problem gets worse, additional complaints from other associates come in. https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg Me: Asks the head of department what we should do now that it's actively stopping production. https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg Department Head: "I'll send out further communication to the necessary people." https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg End of shift the assistant chews me out for not communicating to them the issue. https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg Me with Department Head standing beside us: "I told him and you start of shift the situation. Then I gave further reports with other workers affected." https://i.ani.me/0342/0983/grey.jpg Assistant: "You didn't communicate clearly and you didn't tell me first therefore it's you responsibility for being behind in your work. The Department Head isn't the one to talk to about issues in the department. Not that you were responsible, but you communicated to the wrong people and that's on you. Have a great day!"

It's been brewing in my head for a while but I'm just going to say it. First of all, fuck you, Microsoft. Your windows 11 is such a piece of shit "upgrade". In favor of your shitty minimalistic design you have REMOVED the option to not combine all your taskbar apps. So now whenever I have to work in excel I have to click TWICE to even start working. I can't even get two fucking spreadsheets side by side! You had the audacity to not even give me the choice to opt out of your bullshit space saving option. The taskbar is there to BE FILLED. Whoever designed windows 11 is a braindead troglodyte who doesn't know the first thing about UI design and just wants the desktop to be pretty when making presentations. A special fuck you to whoever gave the greenlight to take that option out. "great productivity enhancements" my fuckin ass!
