Im about to go to war with my apartment complex. These dudes have started to piss me off. I never get my initial appartment walk though, my house was full of spiders on move in, the walls were never painted, they charged me $10 ontop of my PRE-EXISTING renters insurance because i didnt want to send my info to some 3rd party after i already fucking gave it to them as proof and said "sorry we cant send it for you" then why tf did you have me give it to you if you were gonna charge me anyway? Jow they are asking me for my license plate info and all that 4 months after move in. I honestly did not wanna fucking come back to this place. That deployment fucked me over now im stuck in this place It wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt paying $1.2k for this shitty place

I agree. I had a friend live in a one room apartment in Richmond that was literally one room. The kitchen, bedroom, and living space were altogether. There was a bathroom in the back, but none of the wires were covered. So you had live wires just dangling by the tub. Plus the floors were solid cement that wasn't even smooth or tiled. The front of the apartment was completely open to view from strangers on the ground floor. It was clear the original building plans were for a store and not a living home. Either way, this friend was paying close to 2 and a half grand per month. I asked why and he said it was more convenient to walk to work than drive. I was like fuck that, live outside the city and take the damn bus. Rent is only 800-900 outside the city and you can get an actual apartment, not an unfinished Staples convient store with a tub. @hell_hound7

@gabriel_true i only picked this place for convenience. Because of this dumbass covid shit i basically needed to find a place to come back to and start my month long self isolation so deadass it was either stay in an apartment or stay in a hotel for a month out of pocket. The hotel definitely was worse. Plus i didnt have any time to go house hunting cuz again month long quarantine. So i basically got fucked over by deployment and covid. I only chose this place cuz i lived here before rather than picking an apartment complex i have never even seen before. Also i dont go for houses because i then have to deal with selling it when i move (and i fully intend to move, activelytrying to get orders out of this place)

Ups is literally the worst fucking logistics system and i hope amazon puts them out of business. Literally had to jump through hoops to speak to customer service because these fucktards set their system up in the dumbest way possible. I literally ordered a goddamn electric shaver why tf do i have to sign for it? I cpuld order a goddamn $600 laptop and not sign but for a fucking electric shaver? Then this lazy ass fucking ups delivery person didnt look at the note AT ALL which said to sign the back of the note they left and they will leave the package which i did and instesd just dropped it off at an access point which is literally just the fucking autoparts store up the road. So they left my package with a bunch of strangers. Im gonna file a complaint cuz had i notbhad the means to pick it up i would be out of luck.
