I just fear that I’ll never get out of this cycle of misery, how am I supposed to save someone from something I can’t escape...

@redrosesunglasses I don't know the full story about your adoption, but I wish you well. - My father told me early on to never co-sign for anyone. In fact the car I own was purchased with just my signature and I'm grateful for that. - So yes, lesson for the future, but never ask or attempt to co-sign for anyone. It does not boost your score and you can get saddled with the debt.

Yeah I feel that, I doubt I’ll be able to have kids of my own myself. Besides adopting allows a kid to have a future with someone who cares.

If by the time i retire i dont have any kids or whatever i will adopt just to make a difference in some kids life. You know? Give someone a better life than me.

I basically cant wish i was a kid again because nothing about my childhood was fun besides the random little moments i more or less hated being a kid and wanted to grow up to do the thing i do now.
