Duuuude im fucking losing weight and its stressing me out. I know what i need to do to fix it but i just cant, i have been steadily losing weight for 5 months and its making me insecure. I never noticed because i didnt take the time to look in the mirror. But my face it looks so ugly this way. The way my cheek bones stick out this way. The way my arms look. Legit crisis here. Im angry im such a picky eater but more angry that the food here isnt that good. I have been drinking protein drinks here and there to combat this but its just bad. I dont wanna go back home looking this way.

Sometimes I unknowingly screw up alot of things. I am dense and I don't mean to hinder people. I always try my best with good intentions.
