Only one scene has made me cry. Koro-sensei's death at the end of Assassination Classroom. The combination of feeling the same pain as class 3-E and hearing them express it was enough to completely break me.

I cry pretty often, for like anything so its pretty hard to peg down one scene but meruem's death was definetly top 5.

I cry often I don't think I could list every time but my top 3 could be 1) Wolf Children in general. Even the ending song is sad even though it's cheerful. 2) "I think I know how the series must have ended. The Magnificent Steiner... he must have become human again." 3) Devilman Crybaby in general, but the saddest part imo is when they show this poor dying cat barely breathing, you're not even sure if it's animated or you're simply imagining it. "It's going to die" "No it's not!" This is already really hard but then "Why are you crying? You knew it was about to die" nooooo man... and they had to show it twice :(
