Clannad the after story. Literally everything in the second half killed me (though the train ride with ushio when they talk looking at the sunflower scenes was the worst). The time loop in steins:gate. The hide and seek game at the end of anohana. I think i also teared up a little bit at the end of you lie in april.

The latest One Piece flashback episode reminded me of the saddest scene. Princess Vivi knows there is nothing she can do to stop the civil war anymore. After many sacrifices, she just stands there, hopeless, yelling at her people to stop fighting. That's why I'm still watching One Piece.
