I dont think your born either way, you change as you grow as a person and what your exposed to in life.

Can't say, all I know is I'm straight though I can say I've tried kissing a guy years ago just to try it and all I can say is I didn't enjoy it and had no interest in going any further. I guess that's my answer?

well so far what I've heard from my gay friends, they just say: "you just know that" like at some point of their lives they realize that. So its not at a specific age.

I feel that when you are born you are bicurious because everything is new to you and nothing can be considered that since you don't know what is going on.

Let's just put it this way, If people are not born straight, that means people are not born gay, and if people are not born gay, that means that you can, infact, Unlearn being gay. Therefore, making the extreme religious right correct. So no. I believe people are normally born with the correct hormones within the womb, and which are only amplified during puberty, which makes them straight. However, when the wrong amount hormones in the womb, affects a child, and their brain, it makes them gay/bi, whatever. You don't choose who you are attracted too. You just are. Obviously, you are Bi, because you can't understand it. Think about it this way, Do you look at a hole in the ground or a twig, (Whatever plumbing you got to work with.) and think that's a sexy ass piece of nature you want to bang all night long under the morning sun? I would hope not. Or do you look at your pet and think, I love you pet, LETS BANG, Again, I hope not. I love my brothers, I love my cousins, I love my parents, I don't want to Bang them. Love does not equal romance. Romance happens when you have a bonding pheromone of oxytocin, combined with the sexual attraction with someone you wish to mate with. It's biology. Your biology affects your mental properties(including personality traits.), Hence how men and women are different. Your biology is not separate from your mind. Your biology, or in this case, Specifically, hormones, decide what you want to bang, and therefore, who you see romantically. So no, Sexuality is not chosen, Not really. It's a silly concept. I'm born with my sexuality, which fully cultivates in puberty, I'm born a man, and I was born with brown hair and hazel eyes. All things I'm born with and things no matter how hard I try, I will never truly be able to change, Nor do I want to.

You are not always born straight or gay, but yes there is contribution from the Genetic factors and from the environmental factors ^^ And I am not really very sure about your freedom to choose your path and about the true free will power, after all every thought that we ever processed or will process is influenced by the environment, time, genetic capabilities and randomness.. all of which work on probability ^^ We are just in an illusion that we have the freedom of choice, where in reality we are just acting out a random personality among the infinite options presented to us and as a result in each multiverse u will see a different you who chose the other options.

When parents come to a doctor with complains about their teenage son's gay fantasies (either though porn or sleeping with the neighbour, and yes parents always come with such complains once a while) we dont judge that the son is gay, instead we assume that he is gay curious and assure the parents that its a phase in his life where he is experimenting and knowing more about himself.. once his teenage will be over and he gets to his appropriate age he will know what he wants ^^ however we also have a talk with the child to know more about the reason for his activity as sometimes there is an associated psychological trauma. And some rare times the child knows for sure that he only likes men and not females at all + there is no psychological trauma, then we conclude him to be homosexual and counsel the parents to support him for what he wishes ^^
