Did the purchase provided more details? Usually, the purchase have details regarding the address which the items are being shipped to, etc. I don't know too much about this let alone using a bank. However, the bank should be able to help you. I'm sure they document every detail of the credit card usage. You also could report to Amazon but I'm unsure how that would work. Your best choice is to cancel the card as Kawaii bish mentioned. Even if that payment goes through and the cunt get the item, at least they won't be able to use your dad's money afterwards.
