Even though fast food causes joint inflammation, I still eat it in order to beat myself up for giving in. And because it's the easiest way to trick myself that I am practicing "self care".

My nickname growing up n even now has been mute or quite girl. Even my own mom doesn’t know my own voice. I tend to communicate with movements n writing on sticky notes.

One fact ABOUT myself is that I know what a perfect anime to watch is undisputed! That show is Somali and the Forest Spirit! And it is a fact that all humans and non humans should watch it.
