It's just that a lot of guys are wary of doing someone who's only barely legal or a lot younger. It opens up a minefield of social and legal issues, maybe nothing that could stick but still adds a lot of stress to something that they just want to enjoy. I know you said you wouldn't press charges ofc, but given the potential stakes, it's not something that most people would just take your word on. Most people would want to get to know you better first, so they can be confident that they can take you at your word. Some people might not, but I wouldn't recommend doing anything with them anyway, since that'd be pretty risky of them which isn't a good trait in someone you're submitting to. A competent dom is going to be risk-aware and cautious. Legalities aside, I couldn't be with a teen. I'm not the most mature, but my god, you'll realise in a few years exactly what a difference a few years makes concerning mentality and life expectations. All I can say is this, I hope you have a great deal of value and self respect for yourself.
