16 is pretty young, honestly just wait a few more years. Someone that's above the magical number of 18, usually refrain from anyone below that said number; accountability is the reason. The court won't care even if it was consentual, you are still a "kid that was taken advantage of", so just give it some time. P.S. There are a lot of bullshit doms.

... where are your parents? If I were your age mine would've dropped me off at a mental institution to deal with my daddy issues if I dated guys who could be my father. And the guy would be in a lot more trouble than being charged. Hell, they probably still would pull the mental institution part. Point being parents can (at least in Germany) press charges in place of their child if said child is still underage. In Germany the age of consent is 14 but if one partner is 15 and the other 18 the legal guardians of the younger could still file a report and get the person into prison if they do it right. Are your parents cool with your dating choices and love for bdsm?

Like I said before My parent's couldn't give a shit less about me. I actually just prefer older guys because they're more matured and experienced. I've been to a mental institution before, thank you very much. No, The legal age of consent in Vermont is 16, Therefore nobody can press charges as long as both I and the person above the age of 18 both say it was consensual, then nobody's gunna bat an eye. What is with you people and kink shaming? Jesus fucking christ.

I don't think this is a case of kink shaming, but general statements of anyone over 18 probably wouldn't and shouldn't get in bed with a minor. There's nothing wrong with whips and chains and gags and all that jazz, but grown men doing that to a teenager is somewhat unsettling, at the very least.

*Facepalm* Look, I'm going to be 17 in less than 6 months. Just because I'm looking for something a little more instense don't make me a sicko or a daddy-snatcher. I know plenty of people who are over 18 that would jump in the sack with me. Just nobody I'm interested in.
