Ghosts?

Anyone here believe the spirts of the dearly departed by chance still roam this world? I'm not a big believer but I've recently got dragged in to ghost hunting around my state by my friends. It's fun and scary but nothing has happened, anyone have any ghost stories?

I believe in ghosts' especially ever since we had a clock fly off of the wall next to our heads, thankfully I wasn't the only playing dodge ball with it

I don't believe in ghosts per se, but I do believe that there're horrible evil things out there that can't easily be explained. Concepts like "the veil" are what keep most people from seeing this nasty shadow demon phantasm shit. I honestly have seen lots of creepy stuff and I don't like it so I don't want to believe it was some dead guy standing on my chest when I was 15. Ever since my first shadow thing sighting, I have been afraid of the dark and of being by myself. I don't just decide to do this. Stuff happens, you know.

I don't particularly believe in ghosts, but I do remember an incident where I was laying in bed wide awake (approximately two hours before sunrise. I was one of those kids who woke up early no matter what) and felt a hand gently touch my back. The doors were closed and no one else was in the room. I didn't dare roll over to see what it was.

My workplace is haunted. Voices, shadows and the movement of objects, unexplained events that follow you home. It’s hard not to believe when it is happening to you O__O

At my last job I saw a customer behind the counter where he shouldn't be and run out the back door. Nothing on security cameras. I often heard sounds from different areas of the store after hours. Two other employees were willing to reveal similar experiences. Another haunted work place.

I live in a small town in the Appalachian Mountains. You would not believe how many ghost stories there are around here. My street had an un-explained shadow when my friend took a picture of my street. Another one of my friends has farm behind his house, a one mile hike in the mountains. The farm has been abandoned for years. They said it was a 8/10 on the creepy scale during the day and you could expect it was a 11 at night. His friends where exploring it to find ghost. They where voice recording the whole trip. Up there the farm was like a small town. There is a demon there which I believe is keeping the ghosts there. They explored it and long story short they played the recording. They where talking about taking a dirt bike or four wheeler. A cold bitter womanly voice screamed "No!". They have it on recording and it didn't sound like anyone we'd know. They didn't hear anything except on the recording too. There are many ghosts around here.

Sounds rather creepy… At my workplace they have started doing investigations as the activity has grown to where our customers are starting to notice changes. One day that stands out from all the rest was when our owner was up front chatting with a client as they walked, behind them a ceiling fan that was not turned on fell onto the floor directly behind them shattering into many pieces there is no possible way it could have fallen. Since then they have set up cameras and video recorders and have caught Evps of growling and people talking. It is rather scary..
