The life of an otaku

I don't hide it but i can understand why people do. Personally i just couldn't careless what people think they ask i tell if they want to judge let them its not going to change anything and hell who knows maybe it will make them feel better about their own lives

In the beginning I was hesitant, but as the years have gone by I have opened up with it, as the previous posters said now I consider it a vital part of who I am and am no longer concerned about what others think. ^.^

Well I kinda do most people would say that I dont look like the type of person who like watching anime or mangas but I will not bring it up in a conversation unless they do first thats how I am

on what i said earlier i also dont go shouting out of my window i am an otaku lol i just be who i am, in all that i am and being an otaku is part of that.

to strangers yes. when i was at highschool to try and avoid ridicule id call me mangas comic books and wood try and talk 'normal' to the mondanes. but to my friends i was blatently otaku XD

if i could, i would run through walmart screaming "OTAKU FANDOM FOR LIFE!!!" but i still havent found the right cape for the occassion lmao jk jk but i am proud to be an otaku and i do mention it to people. i live it, breathe it, write, draw it...why wouldn't i bring it up? lol :)

I'm sorry if this seems like a topic grave digging i want to share you this+my thoughts if you don't mind before i do i like to say @djlee6 you're so funny if you end up doing that in walmart i bet they're either kick you out,banned you or say I'm sorry but I'm afraid i have to ask you to leave. Now here are my thoughts 1.I'm not shy or scared that if anyone ever finds out about my otakuness & my otaku side & 2 i admit I'm a little worried that they might judge me without getting know me for who i am because if they ever find out/found out that i love hentai,i love hentai stuff & my entire collection including my other collection & yes I'm including my collection of foreign movies & foreign shows don't worry. & yes i admit there are some stuff about me that some people don't even know about me yet & yes I'm including my family including my parents,my friends & if you want to include girls & women then that's fine with me only if you want to and i like to say this just in case you don't know,if you forgot or if you can't tell. I admit that i buy,i still buy,i love,i still love,i play & i still play both the classics & modern games equally anyway I'll leave it here or at least for now if i thought of anything else to add i will don't worry anyway thanks for reading this :).

That's a great question dude but if I can say my opinion. I don't hide that I'm an otaku, I have manga in my room and stuff like that etc. It's like reading or drawing , it's a hobby, but it's not like I go to school with an anime character on my T-shirt but if someone ask me if I like anime I will say "Yeah dude, I really like anime and manga" that's it. Even if last year people make fun of me bc I like Hatsune Miku I was like "Yeah that's not a big deal" and know it's the same thing, it doesn't bother me at all.

i dont hide the fact im an otaku i actually own anime shirts ( i hope maybe someone will see it and start a conversation about it) i once got noticed by a group of like middle schoolers for my soul eater shirt while i was in the middle of a date
