From the looks of it, I'd invest in a good filter and some cleaning fish like plecostomus, cat fish or just a couple algae eaters. Bottom feeders work wonders for helping keep water from getting cloudy (Hopefully you rinsed the rocks first to get rid of dust.), that and changing filters as well as Just not over feeding. I'm just commenting from what I see and I could very well be wrong. That's a good sized tank though. I'd love to have a salt water tank.(I see that yours is fresh water.) Oh! You should get a pacu or two, but I'm not sure how they'd be with what looks like some gold fish(Bubble eyed ones, mollys I believe.). Pacu look a lot like piranha, but with out the piranha aggression(Still have teeth).

Yeah, it can get a little cloudy when things get stirred up. But, to much dust on the rocks can kill the fish. I'm sure it's all good, it's not like a slurry. How long have you had the tank? Also, have you considered other types of fish? I know even fresh water fish can certainly get a little pricey. Edit: I just read that you just got it. If you've never had a tank before, it's always a good idea to clean the rocks (rinse off all dust and grim) put in spring water or a good dechlorinator (If you have city water) and let the water sit in the tank for a week or so without fish. Gold fish are hardy, so I doubt you'll have an issue.

ya I herd about that but I didn't have a choice but to put the fish in right away. they lived ive seen people put big jugs of water in the tank instead of tap water. the water is pretty nasty to drink but its better then most city's water

I just got a FilStar Canister Filter. its the best filter you can get. I read that you do need to clean the gravel, I'm going to get some some more soon. http://i462.photobucket.com/albums/qq347/booglue33/IMG_0230_zpskd6ktmfq.jpg
