@bruce i just have an issue having to rely on someone else to do things for me. Like i want to be the one who can pay for someone and not be like lets split the cost, or something. It's a humility thing. Being the independent provider is hammered into the mind of men from the time they're little. It's like if you can't, you're somehow weak because of it. Thing is, you're not. If you're giving it your all and your all is half, what of it? Being a provider has much more to do with mentality than just finances. I'm not saying to not try to be the provider, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with working as a team or maybe not being the sole financial provider. Making less does not make you less.

@yaasshat You are 100% right by the way. But feelings are irrational anyway. To not pay for my dates just make me feel worthless and embarrassed as a man. To be the dominance provider in the relationship also give me a strong positive feeling and a lot of confident. But what works for me doesn't have to work for you of course. I have just a gigantic Ego

I honestly do not care if my significant other earns more than me when it comes to an annual salary. What matters is that we are both grinding and achieving our goals in more ways than one. :-)
