I see why these David protein bars are so expensive. The texture is amazing and the taste is quite lovely. They came out a nowhere imo

I am so psyched to be doing what I am now training others to lose weight through bodybuilding, cardio, and dieting. Fat percentage went down a lot with a few changes recently, but stayed the same weight around 200lbs. Lean muscle came in too. Will find out more with my scan next week, but helping others learn to love themselves again means the world to me. I’m blessed! Thank you God!

Yesterday I watched digital circus. Some people here like circuses. It’s the most wet here in the Pacific Northwest in the world.
