It's not just Amazon. You'll find it at other companies where they throw out that line "time thief." Had a manager at Kroger do the same thing. I remember to this day a front end manager at Kroger walking into the break room 8 minutes into my 15 to tell me I needed to start walking back to the register or else she was gonna count me as late.

Had a dude who literally missed 49 days and they fired him on his 50th. I told manager I'm safe until 49, then.lol Some companies are a little "special". lol
