It's not just Amazon. You'll find it at other companies where they throw out that line "time thief." Had a manager at Kroger do the same thing. I remember to this day a front end manager at Kroger walking into the break room 8 minutes into my 15 to tell me I needed to start walking back to the register or else she was gonna count me as late.
