Random thoughts...

Forgot why I even got on here in the first place... I was going to say something and now I don't remember what it was I was going to say... Oh well. I'll remember eventually.

My black garlic was a failure (Checked it and it was rock hard. Only a week in.lol). It DEFINITELY needed higher humidity. However, the dried roasted garlic ground up nicely to make a delicious powdered garlic that's a touch nutty and a bit milder.). Soooo... Win? lol

@yaasshat Same thing happened to me. I ended up throwing it away and it didn't occur to me to turn it into a garlic powder.

On fun news! Went to heat up the oven so I could cook a 5lb chicken... Guess what? The oven won't heat up. Yippee!!! Gotta get maintenance to fix/replace the thing, I'm just glad I have a back up with an instant pot.

I'm sorry ignore this. I am not doing well this morning and need to rest some more to reset. I can't believe I actually was weighing pros and cons of if I should live or die. Geez...what's wrong with me..

Ponder those thoughts, it's ok. It's called existentialism. Sometimes inorder to appreciate the light, we must first walk through the dark. Acting on those thoughts is a different thing all together.
