Random thoughts...

Well see i got my own pull up bar, bench, and barbell. But i got rid of them, thats the part that sucks about being military and having to move. Its why i havent bought any equipment besides my 2 dumbbells. Tho if im being honest, i kinda wasnt using my barbell or pull up bar i got into my whole gym rat phase, and then went back to being a lazy fuck. I still have my weighted vest, from when i wanted to do weighted deadhangs. I really wanna get a house, there is so much i need. If i just had the right equipment i would take it more seriously. Im mainly just worried about hurting myself. Never had to go to the gym (well besides when i used to squat in highschool). So i dont know anything about working out.

Oh yeah forgot to mention i have a treadmill lol that i dont use currently because my apartment is like elevated? I dont wanna fall through the floor or something. I live on the first floor but my floor kinda makes that hollow sound like you are on the second floor. I mainly just go to the gym and use their indoor track.

Studying for my sec plus exam, bro there is so much information. Phishing, vishing, smishing, whaling, cryptomalware, worms. Literally an hour and 15 minute crash course and im not even 15% through everything that i need to know. Literally had to take notes on specific segments so that when i take my practice exam i know which areas to go back to if i fail.

@code_016 use skillsoft. Precipio i think the website is called. Idk if it available to USMC but its a DoD website i use. It has webinars from experts going over what may be on the sec plus exam. Im not sure if the USMC also has resources to pay for certifications like my branch does. But you can use that as well. 4500 in TA allocated to just certifications. Edit:correction its not a DoD source, but i got it from a DoD website.
