Literally on like day 5 or 6 of the daily push up grind last couple of days i have been grinding out 50. Today it was 70 push ups. The goal is 500 pushups in one set no breaks. I saw it be done so i know its possible, already seeing results.

Bruh, now i understand why people spend so much time in the gym. I was wondering why tf the inner part of my bicep was the only thing showing growth. I didnt know there is like 3 muscle groups you need to target. I may need to leave my home gym and start going back to the actual gym. I dont have the facilities for some of these work outs. Everything need a bench or for me to start with smaller weights to prevent injury. This is literally an investment. What pisses me off the most, is most of these fitness influencers dont mention the different muscle groups they just say do this work out. Or bicep workouts with dumbells. Not anything like short head, long head and brachialis.

@hell_hound7 bro I feel ya I literally spent around $500 for a pseudo gym at home. 2 55lb adjustable dumbells (11-55) &1 workout bench with incline Tho I think its gonna be a good investment in the long run (since my fam can use it too). At the gym I currently use the cardio machines and leg press
