I did deadlifts yesterday for the first time in over a month. I lifted 145 and was seeing stars after I did only one. That exercise is so brutal

I started going 4 (or 5) times a week for over a month now. Rn just doing Cardio (cycle, efx, treadmill) before I get into weights and stuff. Just building the discipline and routine in going to the gym rn atm since I havent gone in forever. I cant imagine doing deadlifts rn lol x.x Hang in there @arc

I just spent almost an hour looking for a movie I saw when I was a little boy and I finally found it. I saw this movie when I was 8 and I couldn't understand anything back then but I had some memories of the stuff that happened so I told Chatgpt the details and it found it after not getting it for a bajillion times. As I told it the stuff that I remembered, more things came back to me and with more details, it got it. The movie's name is "The Imaginarium of Doctor Pernasuss" and I'm surprised to see how many famous actors were on this. Johnny Depp, Jude Law, Heath Ledger, Collin Farell. love how our government decides it cant decide on a budget for itself for the next year so they will decide to shut down and not pay its thousands of employees until they can decide on a budget to pay itself. But then if the people who dont get paid decide not to come to work and do their job like the people who decide the budget do then the whole country collapses. Crazy how that works.
