love how our government decides it cant decide on a budget for itself for the next year so they will decide to shut down and not pay its thousands of employees until they can decide on a budget to pay itself. But then if the people who dont get paid decide not to come to work and do their job like the people who decide the budget do then the whole country collapses. Crazy how that works.

Why tf are biceps literally the easiest thing to work out. Tryna do at home dumbell exercises and alot of shit im scared to do at the risk of injury. But i can hit a couple bicep curls and have them looking crispy. Wanna work abs but dont wanna strain my back, wanna work chest and shoulders but dont wanna fuck up my rotator cuff and shoulder joints.

Working alone at the office on a Sunday is so much different than on normal hours. No noise, no phones ringing, no people. Just blasting some music and getting work done.
