Busted out the old gaming PC, after hours of updating windows that hasnt been touched in 6 years, i slapped on a virtual machine, bought kaspersky virus protection, got my windows defender on, got my virus total add on. Installed linux in the virtual machine, got my steam library. Now im looking for some gaming controllers cuz this keyboard shit is janky. Also downloading some games online to play which is why i got all the weird programs and safeguards. It honestly helps. Before you click a link you can run it through virus total, i was never this tech savvy.

Though i gotta admit muta from someordinarygamers is why i even remotely know about these things. The virtual machine tho was all me i didnt even know what an iso imaging was. I only got ubuntu iso because windows costed money and fuck mac ios. Been running through everything i wanna get into pc building and stuff too because i wanna upgrade my PC. The specs are dated for sure. I wanna get a new graphics card and swap out my amd for a newer model

I'm recovering faster with crossfit, I needa start going 4-5 days since its not as crazy as the other crossfit sterotypes lol. Just wish my nose wouldnt be congested all the damn time ( bought some medicine hopegully it helps).

@joemama711 Someone I knew had allergies at about this time of year. A particular plant released pollen he was highly allergic too. Maybe your experiencing similar symptoms.

@gabriel_true ive tried allergy antihistimes, sinus rinse and other stuff but it tends to leave me worse then what i was. It just feels like a big block in my nose.
