Captain’s log it seem like the world is going to war Dx people on this planet can’t seem to get along. They prefer to belittle themselves and laugh at other’s misfortune. Corruption runs rampant and even the weather can’t seem to make up its mind. I have little hope of survival…. But I must not give up as tomorrow may bring salvation. Even if it’s the slightest sliver of hope… tomorrow may be better. I can only hope my sanity carries on….

The thing about healthy changes is this, it's a life change and not just diet/exercise. You're strong, I'm sure, but it's super easy to fall into old patterns. What I've found is diet makes the biggest difference. Portion control along with healthy eat and you'll be on your way in no time.

Ive had bad habits of terrible bing eating, i can eat and eat and eat so id rather fast and eat less. You're right for sure

Wtf ? Don't drink the water heh I keep coming cross this even in food seasoning packets it would say modified or a bioengineered ingredient but they don't tell us what it is.... Hmmmmmmm ...... Check your cans and seasonings. Hmmmm....

Wanted to give Hells Paradise a second chance cause I couldnt do it with the manga. Its just a very boring vibe for me :/
