Despite the feelings, you still need to be reasonable and look at reality.

Oh I've learned plenty. Honestly the longest relationship I ended because of cheating... heck all of my relationship end that way. I always get cheated on... I guess that's my curse. But I've learned to stay strong and keep going.

That communication is important. Don't stop self progress because you've gotten so comfortable. Work hard so both can remain special to each other. That's all I can think of atm.

I know a lot of people are going to hate on me for this, but I ended up cheating on my ex boyfriend with the guy who is currently my boyfriend. I felt bad about it but I couldn't figure out how to cut it off with him. It wasn't like he was doing anything wrong, I just happened to lose interest in him and then I met this other guy who I liked a lot more. I think when it comes to breaking up, you should just end it when you know you're done. Even if you know the other person is going to be really hurt, it'll hurt them a lot less if you break up with them before starting a new relationship than if they catch you cheating when they thought everything was fine.

It takes a lot to admit you cheated on someone, and while I can never see a justification for doing it i'm glad you learned something from the experience. As for me, I've learned that I would rather give everything in a relationship than hold back and wonder "what if?" After the break up I wondered if putting as much effort as I did into a relationship is even worth it anymore because of the potential of me getting burned for it. Took a little bit, but I realized that's something I really shouldn't question because that thought process can lead to some amazing people walking out of your life.
