I've been only to the ones in the NOVA area (magfest, animeusa, katsucon) All of which are awesome. I know nekocon is pretty decent in the central VA but I have never been there.

I been to katsucon, Ausa and this year I took off. I went to Anime Boston, Animezement in NC. I had been to otakon in Baltimore before and I went again this year so worth it. I might check Nekocon this year. Someone from this site is going and is near my birth day. Still not 100% yet.

Also guys at Otakon i met some people and found out there is an Anime club in Dc. I am thinking of joining once i have a more flexible job. Are you guys close enough it would be great to do stuff together don't you think?

I live around Richmond VA. As for con's Anime USA, Katsucon and Neko con are the big ones I know of.

Live in Va when not in school, and the "main" cons in southern VA are Nekocon and Anime Mid Atlantic. Both are relatively small, but they are both great places to make new friends ^^.
