Would anyone else here consider themselves to be antisocial?

I sometimes can be. If I'm having a bad day, I'll say a few words.

I have my moments of being antisocial but it's usually when I'm really busy. Get in the zone and all that.

I am. I've spent a lot of time with being alone when growing up. And I always prefer/want to be alone a lot of the time. I always tried to sit by myself in a corner when going through school. But for some reason I always ended up making friends and they wouldn't let me be alone.

I think we're getting terms mixed up. Being antisocial is having a disregard for people and in some cases, it's a mental illness. Being a social recluse, awkward or just not very social is more along the lines of what's being said here. The word "anti" is a dead give away as to it's true meaning.

Thanks Yasshat for making it clear. Maybe neet-one really meant 'antisocial' as in the mental illness and was asking if someone feels that they have the antisocial disorder. Or he was just using antisocial as an 'informal' term.
I dont have an antisocial disorder.
But I consider myself an introvert and lone wolf.I do have friends but it gets really tiring to talk to a lot of people.hehe.

I'm quite antisocial outside of work. At work I talk to most of the people there (it's a very small place), but I don't have the urge to go and see people outside of work.
