For me its the X-Wing vs Tie-Fighter series / Battlefront 1 n 2 / Force Unleashed 1 n 2 and Rebellion

I felt that I didnt need to mention Rogue Squadron cause in many ways it was like x-wing vs tie-fighter but still another favorite. Another good one is Episode 1 Pod Racer for the 64 and the PS2 sequel. might as well mention Starfighter and Jedi Starfighter And Bounty Hunter. lets not forget the original KOTORS
