For me Hiroshi Kamiya. I think all of the characters Hiroshi Kamiya voiced is well, loved by the anime watchers. Like Akashi, Yato, Izaya, Levi, and more. Mamoru Miyano and Ono Daisuke are great seiyuus' too.

Megumi Ogata,she brought many iconic characters to life more importantly she voiced Shinji Ikari. Mamoru Miyano,Daisuke Namikawa,Akira Ishida,Romi Park and Konto Mitsuishi,well..she is Sailor Moon after all ^_^
