Wow, your art is amazing! I've been to pixiv before, so I know how to make it work, even if I don't understand Japanese. c:
Sorry if that was a lot of questions, I didn't mean to make it hard for you. D:

I'm going to art school right now and what was said earlier is very true. They do not particularly cater to comic or cartoon artists at least not when your first starting that have classes later that pander to that. My word of advice is always use references. you might think you know how to draw something and maybe your mind sees it but as my teacher says unless you are like a master artist references are just about always needed even for him and he has been drawing for years. My favorite artist at the moment is Dan Mumford he does a lot of darker drawings and has a unique style that is very recognizable. He also does a lot of shirts and album covers for bands.

Well, I like drawing, actually, I love drawing, it's pretty much my reason for living (Aside all things nerdy, but drawing's pretty nerdy too, I suppose) I draw all sorts of things; anime, chibis, comics, surrealistic, realism, basically anything that I want, and what I want to draw changes on a daily basis. I draw on a whim. I would show you, but mother's ancient computer forbids it, so perhaps later. Tips would be; draw all the time if you want to get any good. I have way too many favorite artists; but some of them include: Ken Wong, Salvador Dali, and a whole mess of mangaka, and Deviant Artists. I've been drawing since before I could walk. I find inspiration everywhere; especially in my personal experiences, memories, puns, nature, dreams, and stories that I hear from other people. I draw whenever and wherever I can. And no, I'm not, because I'm done, one more and *Shakes fist*

Why is everything bolded?? :O
I like drawing a lot of stuff.
But my favorite things to do are humans and elements of nature. I like telling stories with my art, especially when I need to record my dreams in a way that will retain the memories of it for years to come.
The human body is beautiful to me. :3
I have my stuff up on a lot of websites, but photobucket and deviantArt have the best ones(and are updated the most often).

Sorry! I think my comment with the weird bolded stuff made everybody else's comments bold, too. I fixed it!
Anyway, I'm glad soulxevans mentioned Dan Mumford, my boyfriend loves his stuff and other artists similar to him. He's waaaay into stuff like that, really. :P
I've come across Ken Wong before (when googling Link fanart, nerp) and I though I love everything he does, I think his simple ink work gets to me the most. It reminds me of Shel Silverstein's illustrations in his poem books, and I loved those poem books. :D gentlemanrdp, do you think you could post your deviantart art username? I can view your art if I at least have your name. :P
I watched you, Kyetge!. c: I like your use of color. I've always been scared of color, so all my stuff turns out pretty drab. :T But I understand what you mean about telling a story! I wish I could do it, but eh...I need a lot of practice before I'm anywhere happy with my art.

I've pretty much drawn most of my life. Doing things like comics/manga are probably my favorite and I've entered a few contests. Though I've kinda fallen off the wagon in recent years. I got a BA in graphic design which landed me an illustration job. But now I spend eight hours a day in front of a computer with a tablet stylus in hand designing everything under the sun. Once I get home I'm like: Being creative some more is the last thing I wanna do... = 3=

I like to draw, but I'm not very good so I don't draw much any more (I know practice would make me better, but I like other types of artistic expresson that it's not a big deal most of the time). I mostly draw inorganic things (steampunk stuff, architecture, clothing designs... I'm really good at clothing designs, as long as I've got a decent sketch of a human to use as a mannequin). I wouldn't mind you seeing me draw, but I wouldn't go out of my way to show you my drawing, since it feels like it would be a waste of time for us both, especially since most of the time when I plan to draw instead of drawing when the nspiration strikes it ends up scrapped anyway). I have tips, but nothing I can properly put into words, and though I don't /really/ have a favourite artist, I've been partial to Van Gogh as of late. I've been drawing for probablt fifteen years, though not much more than a decade seriously. I find inspiration wherever it strikes, and have no real bias as to where it may have originated. No, I'm not tired of your questions yet ;p
I liked Lady With Horns and loved the adorable mouse-thing you've got at the top of the page (still impressionism is something I've always liked, especially when simplistic but still very well-defined). The composition of Kaito looks like it could be quite good when finished.
