Simple question. So I'm wondering what everyone's Ideal first date is. Mine is either tea or coffee in a public place to talk and get to know each other.

There is a lot of winter times in Norway,so my ideal first date would be a hot coffee and maybe anime and chill

A first date? Well, before the date, I'd be freaking out about the fact that I actually had a date, try my best to pull myself together then go on the date. As of the the actual first date? I suppose a walk in the park or around town or at the mall, getting to know each other better, lunch/dinner with more "getting to know you" chat then ending the date with hand holding. but that's just me and yes, I know it sounds really lame and boring but that's just me.

Probably an amusement park? Shit, not really sure honestly. I'm too boring actually.

I'm a big proponent of just getting a cup of coffee or grabbing food somewhere and going for a walk. You don't have to do anything super crazy on the initial first date.

High speed car chase ending up with an O.K. corral style shootout with the mexican mafia. Great way to break the ice.

A trip to the arcade, maybe some thai food, then a good anime movie or series and some video games

Meet up, make sure we're each who we say we are, grab some ice-creem, and hopefully get into a good enough flow of verbal exchange to merit meeting up again for something more interesting. Or, my alternate ideal first date: Meet up at a convention, set aside about two or three hours, hit up a few panels that meet overlapping interests, and then find a cool, semi isolated hallway to just sit down in and talk about them while we eat. At least this way involves a lot more showing your interests rather than telling them.

Hang out at the mall or catch a movie or go on a long walk in the park just talking and getting to know each other i suppose lol.

Meeting up at a sociable low-key place like a bookstore or a coffee shop. Talk for a bit and walk around a plaza or some place like Navy Pier just trying a bit of different things, getting something to eat and just relaxing getting to know and enjoy each others company. Also Batman, at some point a guy dressed as Batman walks by us and takes a picture.
