Near Death Experiences

Nearly drowned when I was six. I was kind of an idiot trying to be smart but it didn't work out. Y_Y I was a pretty stupid kid, really. But, yeah, nearly drowned at a pool at a water park... Y_Y;

I got in a deadly car accident because the guy who was driving was apparently on some kind of drug. I just had a serious concussion. Also when I was a baby/young child my brother hit me in the head with an axe. Another one was when I got ecoli in my kidneys, hospital said if I waited a day longer I could've died. I've had a stressful life haha

I dunno if this counts, but when my mother was in labor with me after 2 days apparently I stopped breathing and my heart rate rapidly dropped down to zero for almost 5 minutes. The nurses were about to declare me dead before it started to increase slowly. My heart rate was still very low when I was delivered but I ended up being completely healthy. What was especially eerie about this whole scenario is that before I was born astrologers said I would struggle to survive but ultimately I would "conquer death" early on in life. I think astrology is absolute BS, but it's still pretty freaky nonetheless.

I and my family almost all drowned when I was a kid, we were all on holiday in Switzerland on a little boat instead of listening to the weather warning for the day the helmsman kept on going with the tour so long story short he couldn't get back to dock because of the sea and wind.

Well, to be completely honest - I was meant to die twice when I was younger because when I was born I wasn't breathing for quite a while but I somehow managed to survive and began breathing again. Not longer afterwards, about a few weeks after being born I came down with what should have been a fatal case of pneumonia but because I was a pretty big baby, I managed to power through that as well. Hell, me and my siblings weren't even supposed to be here in the first place since my mom is supposedly infertile and can't have children but it turns out she managed to make four of us so, yeah (Was meant to be 5 of us but sadly, one didn't make it).

When I was in the hospital with mrsa something happened because of my heart murmur. I just got super tired and passed out. Later the nurse told me that they thought my heart was stopping or something. That's the closest that I've ever been to dying but I have saved three peoples lives.

Damn, everyone experience NDE at a young age which is crazy but glad to hear that all of you made it through. Thank you all for commenting. :)

Almost drowned this one time in Brasil. I think my step-dad may have been wanting to kill me lol. He took me out to the middle of the ocean at low-tide and then high tide comes and he's gone. Luckily I managed to paddle a bit close to shore and some fat dude took me under his armpit and saved me. Then he bought me an ice cream. God bless him.

I was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck, strangling me. I barely survived that. Then when I was about 11, I was floating on a ball in a crowded hotel pool during a basketball tournament . A girl kicked the ball out from under me and I went under. The edge of the pool was just out of reach. I was frantically trying to keep myself afloat but was failing. The blurred image of the pools edge and surrounding people began to darken and I knew I was going to die soon. Suddenly, I felt a pressure on my side and I was being pushed through the water. I was above surface and started coughing the water out of my lungs. It took my a while to realize that one of my friends had noticed I was drowning and jumped in to save me.
