Hmm...that's difficult. I'm not sure about anime, but there were some traumatic and seriously messed up deaths in the Corpse Party games. Everything from guillotined by a piano string to having your insides ripped out by 4 ghost children and everything in-between...it was a good game, but still...

I dont get traumatized by horror, gore, psychological thrillers, mind benders.... i get traumatized by sister love. KissXSis.... strap me in a chair and tape my eye lids open and force me to watch this? Ill give government secrets away within 5 minutes of the first episode.
