New One Piece chapter 799.

So the new chapter is out and does anyone think Luffy is about to form a pirate alliance with everyone and become a army to take down the Emperors?

Yeah, even if luffy says no, they are going to follow him. Now luffy has an army. Or more precise, allies, like whitebeard. It's obvious this had to happen just from what we've seen from yonkos and the fact that luffy.will need an army to be the pirate king. He is taking on the marines, warlords, and yonko after all. So all that conjecture about who will be the next straw hat doesn't matter because THEY ARE ALL CREW MATES (kinda).

Well he does need to find another Crew mate to meet Shanks. Because Luffy told Shank's that he find at least 10 crew members before giving back his hat.

Yeah some how I don't see him as the leader of a army. Luffy is more of the point of the arrow when it comes to a full scale battle not the type to order others to fright his own battles.

To go off on that, I bet Luffy's crew will guide the allies. I feel Zoro or Sanji would be better generals or field marshals Luffy himself. Luffy just has to fuck shit up, his own crew can handle the details.

I think Nami would make the best general. She basically is the captain when out at sea. Luffy is more of the captain when there in fights.
