Emigrating who has or is thinking

thanqouil
Emigrating who has or is thinking about it and of course where and why? For me it would be Japan weren't it for the whole social and work style witch doesn't suit me ┐( ˘ 、 ˘ )┌ Or New York said to be very hard and overly romanticised in the movies... Tho the US isn't liked by most Europeans... Still what's really keeping me would be finding work and being able to take my pup with me ╰(◉ᾥ◉)╯... Also my age would work against me imo.

I am thinking about immigrating to another town about 3 hours away. lol That's because there are more opportunities there than there is here. I will visit other country's but have no reason to live in another. I love me some Texas. :P
robscene
I was seriously considering moving to the UK seven or eight years ago to be with my g/f at the time. Suffice to say, that never happened, but I did visit the place once.

I've strongly considered heading somewhere more midwest. I can't stand it here. I've got nowhere particular in mind but as long as it's peaceful and not too crowded it should be fine.

Korea. Cause I'm half-Korean and I am almost fluent anyways.

I have toyed with trying to get a job in Australia, the people seem fun. Japan could be cool but might annoy me after a while due to it's restrained conformist culture which does have it's unique respectable merits. Either way I am gonna check both out for vacations. I talk to the locals all the time online already.

@stickmichael, I've moved around alot in the country I'm from. And changing the city you live in already can make a world of difference :)
thanqouil
@DarkuSchneider, Checking out another country beforehand is always a smart thing to do. Tho being there on vacation or actually working there will be quit different.
darkschneider
@thanqouil True, but it does offer a preview of what living conditions you can expect.

I'm gonna teach around the world and retire in northeast US or Quebec
