On average, no not really, as you can tell by my picture. But, if I do say so myself, I clean up rather nicely and if I go all out, I can at least hit the passing grade on somewhat decent looking.

This is a difficult question ._. I mean...yeah I consider myself attractive at times but also at other times I'm just like, "god am I ugly or what?" so...I guess in simplest of terms it depends on my mood?
