vampire_neko, I'm truly amazed by how incredibly closed and narrow minded you seem to be. with immature beliefs such as those it's hard to believe you're as old as you are. The idea of one size fits all goals and desires is best left with simple minded children who don't know better. First off, people have been getting into relationships for millions and millions of years, there's billions of people around the world involved in them right now for that matter. Be it dumb, poor, old, ugly, disabled, it really doesn't matter -anyone- can find 'someone'. The idea that it's hard or challenging is laughable. When was the last time you ever met someone over 40 who never had a girlfriend or boyfriend in their life? Your options get limited the more picky you become, but anyone can lower their standards at any time they wish if being single is truly such an issue. Also, I'm not so arrogant to think I could have 'any' woman I want and I never suggested that I could. The topic at hand is about being single, not about finding a perfect dream partner. That's an entirely different matter all together. Secondly, I don't suppose you've stopped to consider the possibility that some (such as myself) enjoy solidarity? It must be an alien concept to you but many people find solitude relaxing and calming, and being around people stressful or tiring. I wasn't suggesting that you couldn't be happy being single, just that your statement was arrogant in suggesting you could get a gf anytime you wanted. Sure you could lower your standards enough and get some crackhead chick to be your gf for a $10 crack rock. But I didn't necessarily mean a dream partner either. Nobody can live up to most people ideals like that. My first statement was merely comical exaggeration to make a point. I actually would prefer an Aston Martin Vanquish for a daily driver. Or maybe the just announced DB11.

FYI, I'm not happy being single but I wouldn't get into a relationship with just any girl because bad relationships are stressful. But I don't find relationships automatically stressful. Your partner should be there to relieve your stress, cuddling, messages, sex, good food etc. and vice versa, whatever you can do to make your partner happy and relaxed.

I'm hung over but if I had a girlfriend I'd probably never think about having sex with a guy. Guys are gross and I'm gross what am I talking about? Might as well post for laughs
