Enhancement and Reduction Surgery

So how do you feel about breast enlargement surgery or butt enhancement surgery for women? Or breast reduction surgery? And for men, penis enlargement or reduction surgery?

I think reduction surgery is fine if the part in question is abnormally large and causes problems however I'm against enlargement.

I don't oppose it because it has no negative effects on me or anybody else and therefore it's none of my business but... (unless it's about health) a person who would go such lengths (That shit hurts. A lot.) to get bigger boobs / a bigger butt / a bigger dick has self-worth issues. They should consider investing the money in paying a good psychologist instead because with plastic surgeries it's in most cases a lose-lose situation. Yes, you can boost your ego for a short period by getting something done but soon you'll find something else you dislike and crave another surgery, because the problem wasn't within the thing you got "corrected" to begin with but within your brain.

All of those surgeries are quite serious and penis enlargement surgery will only get you an inch at best (They have to cut a tendon you need to stay up which also helps to prevent "breakage", so enjoy it when you break it.). I say to each their own. It can certainly help reduce back pain for some (Very big breasts put a lot of strain on the back.). But, it's rather vain unless it's in cases such as after a mastectomy.

I'm not saying I'd run out and do it, or even if it was offered for free, but I think it'd be pretty cool to have an arm with interchangeable parts. Slap a chainsaw on there, or maybe a flame thrower. Have like a Swiss army knife of useful tools tucked away. It worked wonders for Edward Elric.
