Do you like to go to cons in a group or alone?

In a group all the way. The first time I went to a con it was by myself, and I was super excited and all, but it got boring really quick. Maybe it was because I wasn't all that into anime as everyone else who was there, but I ended up being in the video rooms like a nerd lolol. There's also the benefits of splitting the cost as Cecil mentioned when you go as a group.^ Also, all the times I've gone with a group it's been way more entertaining and memorable. We got to take a ton of pictures together and it felt like time was better spent that way than when I went alone.

Small groups, but most of all I prefer to go with my twin bro. We like very similar things, but he's done with cons now. T^T My con buddy is no longer...

While I prefer to go with a friend, I've gone to a couple one day cons alone and still had fun. Unfortunately, the friend I usually bring with me totally ruined my last con for me, so I'll probably be going alone for a while. Oh well, life goes on. ^^

i like to go with a friend or two. I don't have the magical luck of meeting people at conventions.. so having a friend that you can split from and rejoin later is a big thing for me (although i don't have anyone like that)

Definitely groups, I've actually found it easier to strike up conversations with other groups at cons when you've got your own group as well. The all around experience has always seemed to be better for me in a group.

I've gone alone and with a friend which ended up being the same as alone. She treated me like I didn't exist. Never been in a group per say. I've met someone else at a con who was with friends, if that counts. I'll most likely go alone from now on though.

well i cosplay and go with group of friend all cosplay and participate in event together so yes i prefer to go in group ^^
