When You Finally Speak/See Another MaiOtaku

One girl I've spoken to on here who lived in the area really wanted to meet up. I wasn't really comfortable with meeting so soon at first since we only knew each other for a few weeks at that point but something came up on her end anyway and she couldn't make it anyway. Some time past and we made new plans to hang out but things just didn't work out between us, we went our separate ways and of course the meet didn't happen.

I wished someone wanted to talk to me TBH. But the chances of that are slim. So I don't mope about it like I did all those years ago.

Tiger, There are plenty on here who'll talk, at least over the phone. And no, not just guys. Of course, you need to know that most just want to be friends, which isn't bad either.

@Cantthink The problem I'm having however, is that every person I speak to, they never really reciprocate, I always have to ask a question just to keep the conversation going,even when they respond I get weak one of few word replies, not once has anyone even asked to meet, and the funny thing of it is, it's from ppl who sent me a friend request. So I kinda gave up. Would I like for someone to ask me the questions and initiate a meet up? Yeah. Will it happen? Not likely. So I'm only on here nowadays just to see if there is anything interesting to read and have a good laugh. Sorry for whining, I guess I was just letting my stupid emotions of wanting interactions get the better of me. Sigh I haven't had a fun two way conversation with someone in YEARS!

I met a few at Otakon. Y'all are weird. I had fun.

It's always a cool experience meeting someone with amazingly similar interests for a change, especially when I meet someone around my area where they're extremely rare - I usually meet them in visits to different places across the UK.
