Perverted ghosts in Akasaka Mansion

Has anybody heard about the Akasaka mansion in Tokyo? Apparently it is a really haunted extended stay mansion in Tokyo where men have reported having their hair stroked and private parts touched by ghostly women while they are sleeping. As an expert paranormal expert, I find that it is my sworn duty to travel to Tokyo and do a ~full~ investigation to get some answers!
